Blood Orange Traitor IPA

7% ABV * 70 IBU

We took our Traitor IPA and infused it with blood orange! Citrusy, easy drinking and extremely flavorful.

—  Flip It & Reverse It American Wheat —

4.5% ABV * 15 IBU

This is a collaboration with Hop & Barrel Brewing. Tim our head brewer and the Hop and Barrel brewers made this American Wheat with Chinook, Citra and Wakatu hops. Flip It & Reverse It is refreshing with notes of lemon and orange.

—  Pale O’ Peaches Pale Ale —

5.2% ABV * 45 IBU

This delightful Peach Ale is especially nice for grilling season. This beer has a smooth mouthfeel and a perfect balance of hops with a touch of sweetness from the peach. You can also enjoy this refreshing beer in cans and as a part of our Spring Mixed Pack while supplies last.

—  F5 Key Lime Refresh Kettle Sour —

4.3% ABV * 4 IBU

F5 is our rotating kettle sour series that will be refreshed with each iteration. Pilsner and wheat malts, a low ABV and low bitterness make this a refreshing easy drinker. A blend of lactobacillus strains is used to add a refreshing tartness and key lime puree to add happiness to warmer weather here in Minnesota!

—  Traitor IPA —

7% ABV, 70 IBU
Betray your IPA! Aromatic, notes of citrus, mango. Hoppy, medium bodied. Brewed using Centennial, Citra, Cascade hops. Our best selling beer, for a reason.

—  Goldy Ale Golden Ale —

4.9% ABV * 18 IBU

A light and fruity golden ale with a touch of malt sweetness. Wakatu and Huell Melon hops bring unique notes of lime zest and honeydew melon. Easy drinking and have a fewable.

—  Walleye Hunter Session IPA —

4.9% ABV * 49 IBU

Our Brewer Todd ( The Walleye Hunter ) made this Session IPA to be able to drink an IPA on the boat without all the alcohol. This Session IPA was brewed with Simco, Centenael and CTZ hops. Walleye Hunter has notes of sweet citrus, pine, grapefruit with dry finish.

—  Aw, Shucks! Cream Ale —

4.9% ABV * 14 IBU

This is our 4th year collaborating on beer with our friends at Valleyfair. This Cream Ale is Perfect warm weather beer. Easy drinking with a crisp finish. Enjoy one in the taproom or across the street at our neighbors place!

— Supply Drop Double IPA —

8% ABV * 16 IBU

Our vary own Brewer Jake developed this delightful DIPA recipe from scratch. This double has a full mouthfeel with notes of pineapple and tangerine. Brewed with Amarillo, Mosaic and Loral hops

—  Nitro Milk Stout —

6.3% ABV * 13 IBU

A blend of roasted malts, flaked oats, flaked barley and milk sugar make for creamy chocolate stout. We serve this beer on nitro to give it that velvety smooth mouth feel.

—  Badger Snack Peanut Butter Stout —

6.3% ABV, 13 IBU

A blend of roasted malts, flaked oats, flaked barley and milk sugar make for creamy chocolaty base to this peanut butter powered snack. A treat for badgers and beer drinkers alike.

—  Hop Hill Pale Ale —

5.3% ABV * 45 IBU

Hop Hill tastes like courage. It tastes like a satisfying click on a Cat-5 cable or a perfectly hit golf ball. It has the aroma of hope, rebellion and stability. It’s clear, like vision or like glacial ice. On a more serious note- Hop Hill is the perfect pale ale. Notes of grapefruit, crisp bitterness, easy drinking with just enough body and bitterness to create a satisfying finish and flavor.

—  Minne-Ale Kolsh —

4.8% ABV * 22 IBU

The lightest bodied beer on tap. A Kolsch style brew, ale/lager hybrid. Straw hued, light, crisp and smooth.

Our beers are available in 5oz, 10oz, 13oz and 20oz pours as well as 64oz growlers to go.

We also have ice cold brewers water and other non-alcoholic products including locally made Root Beer and Diet Coke.

Hungry? We always have locally made snacks including popcorn, meat and cheese and pretzels.

Our taproom can host groups up to 100 people. We rent the space during non-public hours. Email us at info@badgerhillbrewing.com for more information - we can’t wait to host you!

FAQs

Do you host Food Trucks? We do host food trucks! Check our event calendar for details. We also serve Heggie’s pizza and have lots of snacks - you’re also welcome to bring in food or order in!

Are dogs allowed? Yes- on our patio, which is open year-round. Unfortunately not in our taproom due to the fact that we serve food.

Are kids allowed? Yes- we ask that you keep an eye on them. We do have soda, snacks and popsicles! We do have baby changing stations in both the men and women’s restrooms.

Do you give tours? We schedule tours on occasion, keep your eyes on Social Media for dates. If you have a group interested in seeing our brewery email info@badgerhillbrewing.com and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you rent space privately? Yes- we do during non-taproom hours. Email us at info@badgerhillbrewing.com to inquire!
