—  Current Tap List  —

Updated Thursday, February 14th

Tapping Friday, February 15th - Crystal Fizz Hard Seltzer

—  Tiny Tanks Hazy IPA —

6.2% ABV * 50 IBU

This unfiltered, hazy IPA is brewed with 20% oats and a lower attenuating, fruity ale yeast for a soft and medium-full mouthfeel. It is then heavily late hopped and dry hopped with loads of Amarillo, Galaxy and Mosaic hops for an intense blend of passionfruit, apricot and orange flavors. Look for it in 4-packs hitting shelves soon!

—  Barrel Aged Tripel Abbey Ale —

9.4% ABV

We took our delicious Tripel Abbey Ale and aged it in wild ale barrels. It picked up amazing notes of fruit, a slight tartness and is perfect for that holiday table. We’ll have it on tap and in 750ml bottles until it’s gone!

—  Imperial Macchiato Stout —

9.6% ABV * 45 IBU

A rich and full bodied imperial stout conditioned on bold espresso roast coffee beans. This beer is brewed with generous amounts of flaked oats, flaked barley and roasted malts to give a creamy mouthfeel layered with strong flavors of dark chocolate and coffee. We used a dark roast coffee from Cameron's Coffee here in Shakopee to amp up these flavors and also added a small amount of lactose to the brew to give a "spot" or "macchia" of milk sweetness.

—  Traitor IPA —

7% ABV, 70 IBU
Betray your IPA! Aromatic, notes of citrus, mango. Hoppy, medium bodied. Brewed using Centennial, Citra, Cascade, Galaxy hops. Our best selling beer, for a reason.

—  Honey Badger IPA  —
6.3% ABV * 60 IBU

Honey Badger is made with German malts typically used for German amber lagers as well as locally sourced honey for a robust IPA with a touch of floral sweetness that is perfect for the cooling weather. It is also packed with Cascade, Citra and Mosaic hops for blasts of citrus, papaya and berry amidst the toasty malt background. It's a little different but Honey Badger don't give a f*@k because it's also delicious.

—  Goldy Ale Golden Ale —

4.9% ABV * 18 IBU

A light and fruity golden ale with a touch of malt sweetness. Wakatu and Huell Melon hops bring unique notes of lime zest and honeydew melon. Easy drinking and have a fewable.

—  Pomelo Pale Ale —

5.3% ABV * 45 IBU

Pomelo, Spanish for grapefruit, is exactly what this refreshing pale ale delivers with juicy citrus notes and a satisfying hop bitterness. We decided we won’t bow down to this winter weather and instead will spend our days brewing and dreaming of warmer weather that would pair perfectly with this brew.

—  Nitro Milk Stout —

6.3% ABV * 13 IBU

A blend of roasted malts, flaked oats, flaked barley and milk sugar make for creamy chocolate stout. We serve this beer on nitro to give it that velvety smooth mouth feel.

—  Winter Whiner Barleywine —

10.2% ABV

As true Minnesotans, our favorite pastime is to whine about the weather. Hot, cold, rain or snow - it’s a pain, right? We made Winter Whiner Barleywine as a tip of the cap to true Minnesotans. We also hope why you enjoy this barleywine that has notes of dark fruit and tastes a heck of a lot lighter than the 10.2% ABV it boasts - that it gives you reprieve from the whining. Quit yer bitchin’, drink this beer instead!

—  Badger Snack Peanut Butter Stout —

6.3% ABV, 13 IBU

A blend of roasted malts, flaked oats, flaked barley and milk sugar make for creamy chocolaty base to this peanut butter powered snack. A treat for badgers and beer drinkers alike.

—  Hop Hill Pale Ale —

5.3% ABV * 45 IBU

Hop Hill tastes like courage. It tastes like a satisfying click on a Cat-5 cable or a perfectly hit golf ball. It has the aroma of hope, rebellion and stability. It’s clear, like vision or like glacial ice. On a more serious note- Hop Hill is the perfect pale ale. Notes of grapefruit, crisp bitterness, easy drinking with just enough body and bitterness to create a satisfying finish and flavor.

—  Minne-Ale Kolsh —

4.8% ABV * 22 IBU

The lightest bodied beer on tap. A Kolsch style brew, ale/lager hybrid. Straw hued, light, crisp and smooth.
