Badger Hill Brewing is growing and is seeking a Sales Representative for the Twin Cities/Metro area. As a Sales Representative you will spending your time in the market growing Badger Hill Brewing business through draft and packaged sales. Developing and maintaining marketplace relationships, and providing excellent customer service will be very important in achieving your goals.
The Sales Representative will execute and maintain a promotional calendar geared towards building sales and distribution. Educating the market on our products and proper handling, and communicating a clear and consistent message that represents Badger Hill Brewing values in the field will be key.
Have a passion for craft beer and sales
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of professional experience
A working knowledge of liquor laws, beer wholesaler, bar/restaurants and liquor stores in the described territory
Distribution selling and management experience
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills
The ability to multitask
The ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Strong organizational and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all level
Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver packages up to 165 pounds
Salary plus bonus program
